Virtual Viewings
A Virtual Viewing allows prospective buyers or tenants to walk through your property 24/7 from the comfort of their own home, office or anywhere they may be by using a mobile phone or tablet. In today's world the last thing you want is for strangers constantly walking through your property. With a Virtual Viewing out small team will arrive and quickly scan your rooms then we create the walk through.
How does it work?
Using a 3D camera we will scan the property and host it on a our platform. A link will be provided that you can either place directly on the agents website or connect it to a portal.
360 Tour or Matterport?
A 360 tour will allow viewers to move from one room to another and rotate in that room 360 degrees but not move anywhere else in the room. This is the basic virtual viewing that ResComUK produce.

A Matterport produces a3D model of the property to which the viewer can roam around moving not only from room to room but also roaming within the room. The viewer, depending on the data captured, may be allowed to move to a window and look at the view, or move closer to a room feature, or even walk around a table. To view the upper floors the viewer walks up the stairs as if in a real viewing.
